Agreement. These Terms govern your use of the Apartment Pup website and your purchases from it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. You can reach Apartment Pup at support@apartmentpup.store.

What we sell. Apartment Pup sells dog products for everyday life at home. We work with partners who ship orders directly to you, so availability, packaging, and ship origin can vary by item.

Orders and payment. Prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order because of availability, an error in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud, and we refund any payment taken. Payment is processed securely at checkout, and we do not store your full card details.

Shipping and delivery. See our Shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you when your order is delivered to you.

Returns and refunds. See our Refund policy.

Product information. We aim to describe products accurately, but colors and details can differ slightly from photos. Toys, chews, and feeders should be used with supervision and only as intended, and the right size should be chosen for your dog.

Intellectual property. Text, images, and logos on this site belong to Apartment Pup or its licensors and may not be copied without written permission.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, Apartment Pup is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your purchase, including delays caused by carriers.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel.

Changes. We may update these Terms. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new version.
